Lior Cop

Lior Cop has a diverse range of work experience. They started as a Human Resources Officer and Commander in courses for the IDF - Israel Defence Forces in 2005, where they worked until 2012. From 2015 to 2016, Lior was an Assistant Head of Division at the Civil Service Commission. In 2017, they joined Tefen Management Consulting as a Consultant and worked their way up to become a Project Manager in 2018, a Director in 2019, the Head of Innovation and Excellence in 2020, and finally the VP Business Development in September 2021. Their employment with Tefen Management Consulting is ongoing.

Lior Cop pursued their education in a chronological manner. Lior obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with both degrees earned between 2014 and 2016. Subsequently, Lior continued their studies at Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy & Finance from 2021 to 2023.
