Nils Baur

Nils Baur has extensive work experience in product management and IT roles. Nils is currently the Head of Product & Process Management at Bikeleasing-Service Deutschland, starting in November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Teamlead Product Management at XPAY GROUP from October 2021 to November 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Product Management POS-ECR Solutions | Instore at PAYONE from August 2020 to October 2021, and a Product Manager for Gateways & Terminals from June 2016 to August 2020. Nils also worked as a Product Manager / Project Manager Product Development at Vectron Systems AG from May 2014 to June 2016. Nils started their career as an IT-Specialist at ALDI SÜD from October 2008 to May 2014, and as a Project Assistant at Henkel from February 2008 to August 2008. Their earliest role was as an IT-Systemkaufmann at AB-Data GmbH + Co.KG Kommunales Systemhaus from August 2005 to January 2008.

Nils Baur's education history includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in IT-Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they received a Dipl. Wirtschaftsinformatik (FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the same institution, completed from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Nils Baur completed an apprenticeship as an IT-Systemkaufmann at AB – DATA GmbH & Co. KG from 2005 to 2008. Nils also holds various certifications, including Professional SCRUM Product Owner I, PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management, and others.
