Yuchen Leng

Yuchen LENG is currently the Lead Aerodynamics Engineer at Beyond Aero, specializing in external aerodynamic design and analysis for low-carbon hydrogen-powered private aircraft since October 2022. Prior to this role, Yuchen served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at ISAE-SUPAERO, focusing on the aerodynamic design of gas hydrogen fuel cell long endurance drones. Experience also includes positions as an Aerodynamic Engineer and Doctorat CIFRE student at Delair, a Research and Development Engineer at ISAE-SUPAERO, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University. Yuchen has a solid educational background, holding a PhD in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from ISAE-SUPAERO, a Master's Degree from Purdue University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Design and Engineering from Beihang University. Additional internships and roles involved aerodynamics and software development related to aerospace applications.
