Aitor Ibarra

Aitor Ibarra has extensive experience in occupational risk prevention and safety, currently serving as the Responsible for the Technical Units of the Joint Prevention Service at Bilbao Udala - Ayuntamiento since September 2016, where responsibilities include coordination and communication with various governmental bodies. Prior to this role, Aitor held the position of Head of Prevention at Tubos Reunidos Industrial S.L.U., leading preventive activities and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Aitor's career also includes teaching at the University of the Basque Country and various engineering and production roles at Alcoa and Ingeteam. Aitor possesses a Doctorate in Occupational Risk Prevention and numerous qualifications in health and safety, including a Master’s degree from the Universidad Camilo José Cela, along with various certifications in risk assessment and management.
