Estibaliz Luengo Celaya

Estibaliz Luengo Celaya is the Director of Internationalization at Bilbao City Council, a position held since March 2010, where responsibilities include coordination of international policy, management of town twinnings, and oversight of various international networks such as UCLG and Eurocities. Estibaliz has been instrumental in drafting and implementing the International Action Strategy of Bilbao 2030 and overseeing the investment attraction program, Invest in Bilbao. Previous roles include International Officer, where contributions were made to the Bilbao pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo 2010 and the establishment of the Internationalization Department, and Export Area Manager at Bexen Cardio, focusing on international markets. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Deusto and a Master's in Foreign Trade and Business Internationalization from Cámarabilbao University Business School.
