Juan Sebastian Murillo C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Juan Sebastian started their career as an Assistant Project Architect at AFV Construcciones in 2015, where they were responsible for construction management and quality evaluations. In 2015, they joined Proyectos Civiles S&M Ltda. as an Administrative Architect, where they supported tender preparations and controlled ongoing projects.

In 2017, Juan became the Founder & Project Manager of Murcor Group, overseeing various projects. Juan Sebastian also worked as a Construction & Maintenance Architect at Panamericana | Librería & Papelería, coordinating new projects and store expansions.

In 2018, Juan co-founded AutoMur, where they served as the CEO until 2021. In the same year, they co-founded Muró Accesorios. In 2019, they joined Constructora Colpatria, initially as a Feasibility, Cost Estimation and Scheduling Analyst. Juan Sebastian later became an Innovation Team Member, contributing to the company's innovation efforts.

Juan Sebastian Murillo C. began their education at Gimnasio Campestre from 2003 to 2011, although no degree or field of study is specified. Juan Sebastian then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architecture at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2011 to 2017.
