After several years in various companies dedicated to IT, Hervé founded Elma in 1998, this SSII was then integrated into the Bilendi group in 2000. With his teams, Hervé designed and developed the Maximiles technical platform and develops tailor-made web applications. A great specialist in relational databases, he is unbeatable on Unix, Windows and Mac OS environments.
