Liliana joined the Bilendi group in 2015 as Director of European Operations. With 15 years of experience in the online panel sector, Liliana has held various positions within the industry. First as a manager of operations teams, cross-functional functions in change management, then as manager of the promotion of online panel activity within international market research companies.
At Bilendi, Liliana is in charge of defining and implementing operational processes and procedures at the Group level, as well as the technical developments necessary for the smooth running of the Panel activity.
