Raik Schroeder is an experienced leader in HR transformation and strategic development, currently serving as Director HR Transformation, Compensation & Benefits and Head of Business Transformation at Bilfinger since April 2018. In this role, Raik has successfully led a group-wide Efficiency Program resulting in over €55 million in savings and significant EBITA margin improvements. Previously, as Senior Manager Corporate Development & Strategy at Rheinmetall from January 2014 to March 2018, Raik played a pivotal role in defining and implementing a new corporate strategy and overseeing strategic business development and M&A processes. Raik’s earlier experience includes key positions at Ferrostaal GmbH, where significant contributions were made to strategic transformation and joint ventures, and at Voith Group in various roles, including project management and executive support. Raik holds an Executive Master in Future Energy from ESCP Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering & Business Administration from Universität Siegen.
