Carola Hedeby

Carola Hedeby is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, tax management, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Redovisningschef at Bilia since September 2019, Carola is responsible for implementing a Shared Services Center, leading process improvements using the LEAN methodology, managing internal and external reporting, and standardizing acquisition processes.
