Ronald van Doorn

Ronald van Doorn began their work experience as a Software Engineer at VIASYS Healthcare in 1996, where they were responsible for developing software for Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Tests. Ronald then joined Relitech in 2002 as a Senior Analyst, where they extended their skills in managing the software development cycle and translating technical customer inquiries into useful designs. In 2005, they took on the role of Project Manager at Relitech, responsible for managing project budgets, organization, estimation, scheduling, resource and people management. In 2017, they became the Manager of Technology and Quality at Relitech, overseeing large multidisciplinary projects and developing long-term strategies. Ronald continued in this role until November 2021. In September 2021, they joined Tecaid B.V. as a Freelance Project & Program Manager and Quality Manager, providing consultancy and interim management services for product development and quality management. Currently, they are working as the QARA Manager at BILIHOME B.V., a medical device startup focused on bringing natural care innovations to newborns diagnosed with jaundice.

Ronald van Doorn completed their education with a focus on business and engineering. Ronald pursued an Executive MBA from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Strategic Business Economics. Prior to that, they attended Windesheim from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Post HBO Project Management. Ronald's foundational education in mechanical engineering and production automation was gained from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1989 to 1994. It is important to note that no specific degree was mentioned for the latter two educational experiences.
