Nikhil Mishra

Nikhil Mishra currently serves as the Director of QA at Bilinski Sausage Co since September 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Quality and Safety at Ecovative Design from August 2021 to October 2024 and Quality and Regulatory Manager at Saffron Road Foods from March 2020 to August 2021. Nikhil also worked at Bilinski Sausage Co as Quality Operations Manager from June 2016 to March 2020 and held the position of Research Assistant at the FDA for one year, focusing on viral sample detection using Atomic Force Microscopy. Nikhil's early career includes roles as Research Project Assistant at the Institute of Food Safety and Health and Research Associate at Zytex, where project involvement included high-pressure processing and fermentation process development respectively. Nikhil earned a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth.
