Sundararaman Subramanian

Sundararaman Subramanian has over 30 years of work experience in various supply chain and logistics roles. Sundararaman is currently serving as the Chief Manufacturing and Planning at BILITI Electric since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Supply Chain Management at Ashok Leyland from June 2011 onwards. Before that, they worked as the Asst Vice President-Logistics at Vikram Logistics & Maritime Service Private Limited from December 2009 to May 2011. Sundararaman also served as the General Manager -Logistics at Agility from November 2007 to November 2009. Sundararaman held the role of Country Operations Manager at Anixter from December 2004 to October 2007 and Manager SCM at Redington Limited from May 2001 to November 2004. Earlier in their career, Sundararaman worked as the Asst. Manager-Pricing at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited from August 1998 to May 2001, Superintendent -Materials at Rane Nsk Steering Systems Limited - Rane Group Company from March 1996 to August 1998, and Engineer -Purchase at India Pistons Ltd from October 1991 to March 1996.

Sundararaman Subramanian completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Coimbatore Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1991. Sundararaman then pursued a Master's degree in Technological Operations at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1995 to 1996. Following that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 1995 to 1996. Subsequently, they earned an MBA in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, which they completed from 1996 to 1999.

In terms of additional certifications, Sundararaman Subramanian obtained a Certified Supply Chain Leader (CSCL) certification from the Institute of Supply Chain Management (ISCM) in March 2022. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in "Change Management Tips for Leaders," "Creating Your Personal Brand," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
