Cynthia Owyoung

Cynthia Owyoung is an accomplished expert in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), currently serving as the Vice President of People for DEIB at BILL. With over 20 years of experience, Cynthia has authored the book "All Are Welcome," sharing pragmatic strategies for fostering inclusive workplace cultures. As the Founder and CEO of Breaking Glass Forums, Cynthia accelerates organizational efforts to attract and retain diverse talent. Previous roles include Vice President positions at Robinhood and Charles Schwab, where strategic DEIB initiatives were implemented during periods of significant growth and change. Cynthia's extensive background includes key contributions to talent development and engagement at notable companies such as GitHub, Yahoo!, and Intuit. Cynthia holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from UCLA Anderson School of Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Finance and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
