Erich Newey

Erich Newey is a Senior Software Engineer at BILL, specializing in back-end development with Elixir since January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Berkadia from July 2018 to December 2019, focusing on full-stack development using NodeJS and React. At Fidelity Investments, from May 2015 to June 2018, Erich contributed to API development for Advanced Data Platforms utilizing Golang, Node, and AWS, along with back-end engineering in NodeJS and Go. Earlier experience also includes a Technical Intern position working on enterprise Java applications and single-page web applications with JQuery, as well as serving as a Field Representative at Cardon Outreach from January 2007 to May 2015. Erich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Salt Lake Community College.
