Giovanni Ella

Giovanni Ella is an experienced content designer and strategist with a strong background in user experience and marketing. Giovanni currently holds the position of Director of Content Design at BILL, having progressed through various roles such as Sr. Manager and Manager of Content Design since September 2019. Giovanni also serves as Principal Content Strategist at wordli, emphasizing the importance of language in branding. Previous positions include Senior Content Designer at Intuit, where an Agile approach was utilized for major QuickBooks products, and Senior UX Content Strategist at Wells Fargo, applying test-and-learn methodologies. Giovanni has cultivated expertise in developing content frameworks, driving marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer experiences across multiple organizations, including Financial Engines, Visa, and various credit unions. Giovanni earned a BA in Political Science from San Jose State University.
