Shelia Henderson, CPTM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, training, and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of CXO Learning, Development & Quality at Bill.com since May 2013, Shelia has been instrumental in identifying career paths and conducting gap analyses for employee development. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of CX Training & Enablement and Manager of Customer Advocacy at Bill.com, as well as Accounting Professional III at IGT and Staff Accountant at Altairnano, Inc. Shelia's earlier experience includes directing hotel operations at Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel. Educated at the University of Nevada, Reno, and Truckee Meadows Community College, Shelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an Associate's Degree in Accounting. Notable accomplishments include leading the implementation of new accounting software and payroll systems.
