When Bill Gosling entered Latin America in 2019, David was there to support the expansion. His energy, enthusiasm and great big smile are the heart of the Costa Rican Operations.

David has over 21 years of BPO experience, including 14 years in offshore leadership, and even though he didn’t speak any Spanish when he first moved to Costa Rica, he is now fluent in the language.
