Aaron Moses

Aaron Moses is the director of Global Facilities, Events, Travel (GFET) and HR Operations (HRGO) for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Prior to joining the foundation, he held leadership positions at Genentech in their Finance organization, and at Facebook in both Finance and Public Policy. In addition to his extensive operations experience, Aaron served on the board of directors for the Redwood City Chamber of Commerce and Urban Ed Academy, which is committed to improving the quality of life in communities of color in San Francisco by eliminating the achievement gap in education.

Aaron received his MBA with a focus on healthcare management from The George Washington University School of Business, and a B.S. in business management from the University of Phoenix. He currently resides in Redmond, Washington with his wife Annie and dog Lola.
