Currently serving as Deputy Director and Senior Program Officer in Economic Mobility and Opportunity at the Gates Foundation, Clarence's recent roles include Visiting Practitioner at PiTech, Visiting Fellow at the Center for Racial Justice, and contributions to the Rockefeller Foundation's Bellagio Center. Prior to these positions, Clarence held significant roles at The White House as Chief Data and Equity Officer and Senior Advisor for Policy Implementation.
