Scott Knowles

Scott Knowles is an experienced financial professional, currently serving as the Director of FP&A at the Bill of Rights Institute since February 2021, leading financial planning and analysis efforts. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at ProQuest, where responsibilities included financial reporting and budgeting for a $300M+ revenue business, as well as positions at Under Armour focusing on financial analysis and contract management. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Towson University, complemented by a critical language scholarship in China. Scott's research initiatives have produced significant insights for USDA leaders and demonstrated strong analytical capabilities throughout multiple professional roles.
