Eric Dimaano

Eric Dimaano, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an experienced human resources and talent management professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Bill Wilson Center, Eric also co-founded DijitEP. Previous positions include Vice President of People & Talent at OpenPhone and Head of People Operations & Talent at Truepill, where Eric focused on enhancing organizational culture, diversity, and talent management. As Chief Operating Officer at a Digital Fire Safety Start-up, responsibilities included project management and strategic planning. Eric's earlier roles encompass leadership positions in HR and talent operations at companies such as SigFig and Bitcasa. Eric holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
