James Havard

James Havard is currently an Outreach Case Manager at the Bill Wilson Center since May 2023, specializing in case management services for homeless and street youth. Previously, James served as a Respite Residential Counselor at Citi and held various roles including Concierge Banker, Inside Sales Representative at Stockton Rubber Mfg Co, and Inside Sales at The Western Group, demonstrating expertise in relationship management, sales, and customer service. James also has experience in operational roles, having worked in window cleaning business development and as a bank teller at Wells Fargo. Early career positions include security guard, kitchen staff, waiter, and cashier. James holds a Guard Card Certificate from the Advanced Security Institute and a high school diploma from Hudson High School.
