Penyo Valev is a seasoned professional in loyalty management and customer relationship marketing, currently serving as the Loyalty and Retention Manager at Billa Bulgaria Ltd. since August 2023. Previously, Penyo held roles at Kaufland Bulgaria as a Senior CRM Specialist and Marketing Specialist in CRM from August 2019 to August 2023. Penyo gained international experience as an International New Business Marketing Executive at Lumesse from July 2016 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communications and Future Marketing from GBSB Global Business School (2018-2019) and a BA in Advertising from Bournemouth University (2014-2018), complemented by a diploma in Foreign Languages from the German Language School "Goethe" Burgas (2008-2014).
