Juraj Hovan

Juraj Hovan has extensive experience in the retail industry, working for various companies in different roles. Juraj began their career at KFD Slovakia in 2008 as a Key Account Manager. In 2011, they joined BILLA Slovensko, where they worked their way up from Junior Category Manager to Senior Category Manager and eventually became the Head of Department. Currently, Juraj is employed at REWE Group as the Head of Department.

Juraj Hovan obtained an Engineer's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Technical University of Košice. Juraj attended the university from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Juraj has also obtained several certifications. In September 2016, they became a Certified ECR Category manager from GS1 Germany GmbH. In January 2020, they obtained the certification of a Certified Sommelier from Vinárenský institut s.r.o. Furthermore, in October 2020, Juraj obtained a certification in Future Journey of leadership and innovation from Zukunftsinstitut GmbH.
