Shreya Basarge

Shreya Basarge is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in credit risk analytics and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as Senior Director of Analytics at Billd since February 2023, Shreya is a founding member responsible for transforming lending and credit risk strategies in the construction industry. Prior to this role, Shreya held various positions at EXL from May 2016 to February 2023, culminating as Senior AVP, where Shreya developed analytical frameworks and customized strategies to enhance customer management and performance forecasting. Experience also includes roles at Deutsche Bank as an intern and Mu Sigma as a Senior Business Analyst, where Shreya led teams to implement effective analytics for large-scale retailers. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Control from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
