Pawel Cwieka

Pawel Cwieka has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Pawel began their career at comtronic sp. z o.o. in 2006 as a Specjalista ds. systemów informatycznych. Pawel then joined Syntea Business Solutions Sp. z o. o., where they worked as a Presales for a few months in 2007 before transitioning to the role of Product Manager / Consultant from 2008 to 2011. Pawel was later promoted to Project Manager from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Pawel joined Billennium as a 2nd Line Support Team Leader, and they held various positions within the company including Service Delivery Manager from 2015 to 2017, Portfolio Delivery Manager from 2017 to 2018, Delivery Director from 2018 to 2021, and currently serves as the Chief Delivery Officer.

Pawel Cwieka completed their Studia podyplomowe in Zintegrowane systemy ERP II w zarządzaniu nowoczesnym przedsiębiorstwem at Kozminski University from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in Technologie informatyczne from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, Pawel Cwieka has certifications including ITIL Expert from PEOPLECERT and ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Prince2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
