Sylwia Stankiewicz

Sylwia Stankiewicz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and IT support. Currently serving as a People Manager at Billennium since February 2016, Sylwia has held roles including Team Leader, Analyst Senior, and Scrum Master. Prior to Billennium, Sylwia worked at NETTOM as an IT Support Specialist and at Caliber Solutions as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included project scope management, budget oversight, risk and quality management, and team leadership. Sylwia began the career as a Tester at ZETO Olsztyn, focusing on software testing and customer support. Academic credentials include a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie, alongside Master's degrees in Political Science from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski and in Computer Science and Econometrics from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Ekonomii TWP.
