Manouk was later promoted to the role of Teamlead, Business Development Netherlands, leading a team of 5 BDs and driving change management after the merger with Lightspeed.

Before entering the tech industry, Manouk started their career as a Waitress at Hotel V & The Lobby Amsterdam and Unlimited label. Manouk also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Viacom International Media Networks CEE and a Product Management Intern at MediaLAB Amsterdam.
