Annika Lidefelt has held various leadership roles in consultancy firms, specializing in leadership advisory, executive search, and business development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Billhop AB, Annika focuses on nurturing employee engagement and enabling company growth through people development. Annika previously served as the Head of Business Area-Tech/Digital at Alumni and as a Leadership Consultant at Cohr Group. Annika holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Uppsala University.
