Mak Hadzimejlic

Mak Hadzimejlic has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career as an Enrolment Assistant at King's Own Institute in March 2015, where they worked until November 2015. They then worked as a Mathematics Tutor at InFlow Education from September 2017 to October 2018. In February 2019, they joined BrainFOOD Education as a Mathematics Tutor and remained in that role until February 2020.

Their most recent and current position is with Billigence, where they started as a Junior BI Consultant in March 2020. They have since been promoted to a BI Consultant, starting in November 2022. In this role, Mak works with various corporate and government clients to enable data-driven decision making. They possess a strong technical background, with vendor-certified skills in several leading industry tools. They are experienced in data analytics, data engineering, data science, data warehousing, and data governance across different business domains. Mak is also quick to adapt to new technologies.

Mak Hadzimejlic began their education at Fort Street High School from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Higher School Certificate. They later attended the University of Sydney from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Mak has obtained several certifications including Alteryx Partner Technical Certification from Alteryx in March 2020, SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake in October 2021, Collibra Solution Architect from Collibra in March 2021, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate from Tableau, LLC in August 2020, and Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification from Alteryx in April 2020. They have also planned to obtain a Matillion Associate Certification from Matillion in January 2023.
