Reca Lewis

Reca Lewis, SPHR, serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Billingsley Company since November 2020, previously holding the position of Vice President of Learning and Development. From September 2013 to August 2021, Reca Lewis worked at Hilton Anatole, progressing from Director of Training to Training Manager. Earlier career experience includes the role of Hotel Operations Manager at Horseshoe Casino and Hotel in Bossier City, LA, where responsibilities included overseeing hotel staff and managing training and employee performance. Reca Lewis began a professional journey as a Sales Representative at AT&T, focusing on sales and customer interaction. Educated at Southern University at Shreveport, Reca Lewis holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and Accounting.
