Mónica Aguilar Flores

Mónica Aguilar Flores has extensive work experience in compliance and regulatory roles. Mónica recently held the position of Expert in Compliance Regulatory, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Billpocket as the Head of Regulatory Exam & Inventory Mgmt/ Policies & Procedures from November 2021. Mónica also worked at Banco Azteca for over 11 years as the Gerente Cumplimiento Normativo, from July 2010 to September 2021. Before that, they served as a Funcionario de Servicios at Afore XXI Banorte from September 2006 to July 2009 and as a Coordinador Fuerza Comercial at Profuturo from October 2005 to September 2006.

Mónica Aguilar Flores has a diverse education history. Mónica started their academic journey by obtaining a Technical degree in Marketing from CECyT Luis Enrique Erro IPN in 1996. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Relaciones Comerciales at Instituto Politécnico Nacional, which they completed in 2000 with a specialization in Mercadotecnia de servicios.

In 2018, Mónica furthered their education by enrolling at Universidad de Ciencias Penales y Sociales, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and graduated in 2021. This degree allowed their to obtain the professional title of "Titulada" in the field of study.

Continuing their educational journey, Mónica pursued a Master's degree in Amparo at the same university from 2021 to 2022. Mónica successfully completed the program and achieved the degree of "Concluida Maestría de Amparo," specializing in Juicio de Amparo.

Currently, Mónica is enrolled in the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they are participating in the Seminario de Tesis "Proyecciones Financieras y su implicación en las Empresas." This seminar focuses on Administration and general management of companies and is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
