Andrew Steen

Andrew Steen has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Andrew currently holds the position of Customer Value Manager at Billtrust, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, Andrew worked at CareerBuilder where they served as a Customer Success Manager from June 2018 to August 2022, and as a Software Sales Executive from June 2017 to June 2018. Before joining CareerBuilder, Andrew gained management experience at Hertz. Andrew first worked as a Manager Trainee from August 2015 to August 2016, where they were responsible for coordinating and managing daily reservations fulfillment for multiple branches. Andrew was then promoted to Manager Associate, a role they held from September 2016 to June 2017. In this position, they supervised a staff of three, managed counter sales, and served as a Branch Manager when needed. Prior to their time at Hertz, Andrew worked at Houlihans Restaurant & Bar as a Food Runner / Bus Boy from May 2013 to September 2014. In this role, they acted as a server assistant, trained new staff, and coordinated restaurant section assignments for bus boys.
