Charles Walkowiak

Charles Walkowiak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Charles is currently working as a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Billtrust since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager at EVO Snap* from March 2020 to January 2022.

Charles also has extensive experience at Billtrust, where they held various positions. Charles was a QA Manager for the Cash App from December 2018 to March 2020, a Senior QA Engineer from February 2017 to March 2020, and a Quality Assurance Engineer from February 2012 to March 2020.

Before their time at Billtrust, Charles worked as a Systems Support Specialist at Wildfire Credit Union from July 2010 to July 2011, where they provided daily support for WinTel servers, analyzed and improved operational procedures, and assisted end users.

Charles began their career at Menards as a Point of Sale Programmer from February 2008 to July 2010. In this role, Charles maintained programming of operational systems, produced and tested future applications, and provided daily software support.

Charles Walkowiak received their Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. Charles attended the institution from 2005 to 2007.
