Eric Wiggins

Eric Wiggins has diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eric is currently employed as a Senior Technical Product Owner at Billtrust since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Abbott from September 2018 to August 2022, where they served as an Agile Product Owner and an Implementation Project Manager. In this role, they demonstrated expertise in coordinating and executing onboarding and implementation activities for mid-market and enterprise national accounts. Eric also gained experience as an Implementation Project Manager at Alere eScreen from April 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Director at Virginia Tech, leading a face-to-face interview project, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech from August 2012 to August 2014. Eric'sextensive experience also includes serving as a Regional Training Team Lead at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar from 1999 to 2013.

Eric Wiggins attended Radford University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies and double majored in Geography with a focus on planning and education. Eric then pursued further education at Virginia Tech from 2012 to 2014, studying Sociology. In terms of certifications, Eric obtained the following: "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust" from LinkedIn in August 2022, "Collaborative Leadership" from LinkedIn in October 2020, "Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2019" from LinkedIn in October 2020, "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in May 2019, "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" from the Scrum Alliance in April 2019, and "PMC-I" and "PMC-II" from Pragmatic Institute. Eric also has a certification for "Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I)" from Scrum.org.
