Erin Carignan

Erin Carignan has over 22 years of work experience in the software engineering field. From 1997 to 2003, Erin worked as a Software Engineer at Maxtor (formerly Quantum), where they designed and supported internal tools for data collection and analysis. They also played a key role in the redesign of a disk drive diagnostic utility and supported firmware development.

In 2003, Erin joined Waters Corporation as a Software Engineer. They made significant contributions to a chromatography data system and consistently exceeded expectations by completing high-quality work on schedule. Erin brought a customer focus to the development process by advocating for user feedback and performing usability tests. They also played a crucial role in designing and developing core user interface controls for application building blocks.

In 2019, Erin joined Billtrust as a Lead Developer. They mentored a team of frontend developers, coordinated UI releases, and collaborated with various teams to deliver scalable product features.

Throughout their career, Erin has shown a strong dedication to their work, consistently meeting deadlines and demonstrating expertise in various aspects of the software development life cycle.

Erin Carignan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Erin pursued this degree from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, Erin received a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science with a Bioscience option from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in User Experience from Bentley University.
