Felicia Cain

Felicia Cain has a strong background in project management and business development. Felicia started their career at The Hibbert Group in 1999, where they worked as a Program Administrator, Team Lead, and Technical Analyst. In 2008, they became a Business Analyst at The Hibbert Group. Later, they joined Harte Hanks in 2010 as a Senior Account Executive and then transitioned to the role of Manager, Business Development in 2013. In 2016, they moved to Billtrust, where they initially worked as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2021.
