Karin Durling Phr

Karin Durling, PHR, SHRM-CP, has held various roles throughout their career. Karin began their work experience in 2007 as an HR Associate at ClinPhone, where they were later promoted to HR Generalist. In 2008, they joined PAREXEL as an HR Consultant. From 2009 to 2011, Karin worked at Biomed Development Corporation/Bioplate/Ceremed/Biomed Technologies, first as an HR Generalist and then as an HR Manager. Karin then moved on to BreitBurn Energy, where they served as a Human Resource Manager from 2011 to 2016. In this role, Karin implemented systems to improve HR processes, developed training programs, and ensured compliance with employment regulations. Since 2016, they have been working at Billtrust, initially as a Human Resources Manager and then progressing to Director, Senior Director, and currently the Vice President of Talent. Billtrust specializes in automating invoice delivery and payment processes. Karin's responsibilities at Billtrust include overseeing talent management initiatives and driving organizational efficiency.

Karin Durling, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Stockton University between 2003 and 2005. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
