Becky Krekelberg

Becky Krekelberg is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Nexus Family Healing since February 2021, Becky previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Enterprise Holdings for over 17 years, where responsibilities included leading the Minnesota operation's recruiting team, consulting management on personnel needs, and conducting full-cycle recruitment. Additionally, Becky contributed significantly to female-focused initiatives and built strong college partnerships to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Leadership capabilities are further reflected in the role of President at MN ACE, overseeing operations and programming for a nonprofit organization of career service professionals.
