Donna Panero

Donna Panero, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR and talent acquisition leader with a proven track record in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Talent at All Care Therapies, Donna oversees HR and talent strategies across multiple states. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Vetsource and AbleTo Inc., where extensive talent acquisition functions were developed in support of rapid organizational growth. Additional experience includes senior recruitment and HR business partnership roles at PeopleScout, CVS Health, Harvard Medical School, and Ahold. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Curry College.
