Kars van der Hoek

Kars van der Hoek has over 20 years of work experience in software development and engineering. Kars is currently employed as a Lead Software Engineer at Billtrust since 2022. Before that, they worked at Order2Cash, a Billtrust solution, for 15 years from 2007 to 2022, where they held the role of Senior Software Developer. At Order2Cash, they were involved in developing and revolutionizing accounts receivable automation. Prior to that, Kars worked at A.T.L. Software for 19 years from 1995 to 2014 as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing software for small businesses in various sectors. Additionally, they worked at Speurders as a PHP Web/Delphi Developer from 2005 to 2007, at Antares as a System Developer from 2000 to 2007, at KLM as a System Developer from 2001 to 2005, and at TNO-FEL as a Java/Web Developer in 2001.
