Shane Dollard

Shane Dollard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Shane most recently worked at Billtrust as the Director of IT Service Delivery, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ECI as a Client Technology Manager from February 2022 to October 2022.

Shane's longest tenure was at Prometric, where they held various roles. Shane served as the Manager of Global Site Technology Services from October 2017 to February 2022, responsible for managing engineers globally and overseeing technical buildout and maintenance of test centers. Before that, they worked as the Level 2 Team Lead for the Global Test Centre Support Ireland team from February 2016 to October 2017.

Shane began their career at Boylesports, starting as a Call Centre representative in March 2008 and then transitioning to the role of IT Helpdesk Administrator in March 2012.
