Trevor Patterson

Trevor Patterson has a diverse work experience in various roles. Trevor worked at Billtrust as a Customer Success Data Analyst since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Soundstripe as a Customer Success Strategist from 2020 to 2023, where they developed and executed strategies, analyzed customer data using Hubspot, and enhanced customer onboarding experience through A/B testing and automation. Before that, Trevor worked at SocialSurvey as a Customer Success Manager from 2019 to 2020, where they managed accounts, monitored client data, and conducted check-in calls. Trevor also worked at Pyxl as a Sales Operations Associate, Contract Writer, and Account Associate from 2017 to 2018, where they supported the sales team, wrote project proposals, and searched for new business opportunities. Trevor's earliest work experience was as a Manager at Play It Again Sports and Fitness from 2009 to 2017.

Trevor Patterson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronic Media Communications Journalism at Middle Tennessee State University from 2010 to 2013. In September 2017, they obtained a certification in Inbound from HubSpot Academy, and in August 2017, they also obtained a certification in Inbound Sales Certified from the same institution.
