Ivan Biruk

Ivan Biruk has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and coaching. Ivan began their career as a Software and Web Developer at ITOS Ltd. in 2012 and continued to work with the company as a .NET Developer until 2017. In parallel, Ivan served as a Teaching Assistant at Belarusian State Technological University from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, they joined EPAM Systems as a Software Engineer and worked with them until 2018. Following this, Ivan joined billwerk in 2018 and held various roles in the company. Ivan started as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master, and then transitioned into a Team Lead role with additional responsibilities as an Agile Coach. In 2020, they became a VP of Engineering and Agile Coach at billwerk, and continued to excel in this position until their most recent role as VP of Engineering, Agile Coach & Location Manager Gdansk.

Ivan's extensive experience in software development, coaching, and leadership positions highlight their strong technical and managerial skills.

Ivan Biruk completed their education at the Belarusian State Technological University. Ivan earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from 2008 to 2013, followed by a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Ivan Biruk has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional. Ivan further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining certifications such as Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM), Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), and Coaching Agile Transitions. Ivan Biruk also received the Kanban Management Professional certification from Kanban University and the Foundation Workshop certification from Management 3.0.

Recently, Ivan Biruk obtained various certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org. Ivan also obtained certifications related to Delivery at Scale and Enterprise Agile Coaching from ICAgile.
