Johnny Ly

Johnny Ly has a diverse work experience in software development. Johnny currently works as a Frontend Software Developer at Billwerk+ Denmark since July 2022. Prior to this, Johnny worked at Defsecure Technologies ApS as a Full Stack Developer from August 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing security applications, including mobile apps, websites, and desktop apps. Johnny also gained experience in setting up pipelines and releasing apps on the App Store.

Before joining Defsecure Technologies ApS, Johnny worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Sopra Steria from January 2020 to April 2020. Johnny also worked as a Software Developer at the Danish Ministry of Defence from October 2018 to November 2018 and at ChaseRace from August 2018 to September 2018.

Johnny Ly completed their High School Diploma in Mathematics and Information Technology at Frederiksberg Tekniske Gymnasium from 2012 to 2015. Johnny then attended The Academy for Talented Youth from 2013 to 2015, although the degree and field of study are not specified. From 2015 to 2016, Johnny completed two semesters in Software Development at IT-Universitetet i København. Johnny then studied Computer Science at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi from 2016 to 2019, earning an Academy Profession (AP) degree. In 2018, they briefly attended Hanyang University for Computer Science and Engineering before returning to KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi in 2019 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Software Development, which they completed in 2020.
