Jim Contessa possesses extensive experience in information technology and operations management. Since June 2008, Jim has held various leadership roles at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, including Assistant Director of IT Service and Operations, where significant responsibilities encompassed IT service desk management and telecommunications systems administration. Prior to this role, Jim served as General Manager at Domino's Pizza from March 2005 to June 2008, where exceptional skills in team management, customer service, and marketing transformed an underperforming store into the top location within a 26-store franchise.
