Christopher Clayton

Christopher Clayton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christopher worked at Billy Reid as the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, where they focused on incorporating diversity, equity, and belonging into the business growth strategy. Christopher also served as the Sales Director at Billy Reid, where they led the sales team to meet sales goals and managed various responsibilities related to sales, recruitment, and employee development. Prior to Billy Reid, Christopher worked at CHRiS CARDi, Inc. as an Entrepreneur, Creative Director, Designer & Maker, where they were responsible for creating the brand's seasonal story and overseeing all consumer-facing aspects of the business. Christopher also gained experience at Abercrombie & Fitch, where they held various roles such as District Manager, Recruiter Department of Diversity & Inclusion, and People Manager, with responsibilities ranging from overseeing operations to recruitment and human resource management.

Christopher Clayton obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design & Technology at Florida State University from 1997 to 2002.
