Dan B. is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the GES department at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers since May 2022, overseeing the Test Lab, Prototype Lab, and Vehicle Dynamics departments. Prior to this role, Dan B. worked at thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America from April 2015 to May 2022, holding positions such as Test and Prototype Lab Manager and Technical Proposal Team Manager, where Dan B. managed a small engineering team focused on technical aspects of new business proposals. Earlier experience includes positions as a Product Engineer Acquisitions and Technical Project Manager at ThyssenKrupp Bilstein GmbH, as well as roles in OE Development for both US and EU markets. Dan B. began a career in engineering as a Product Engineer at ThyssenKrupp Bilstein of America from November 2010 to February 2013. Dan B. holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2010.
