Alli Trussell

Alli Trussell currently serves as the SVP of People at Bilt Rewards since May 2024 and as a Venwise Leader since November 2022. Trussell's previous roles include Fractional People Executive & Advisor at Revivn and SVP of People at Wunderkind, where significant contributions included scaling the company from 230 to 1100 employees, enhancing employee engagement strategies, and overseeing various operational aspects related to talent and HR.
